We're happy to report that Dave has checked out of the hospital
following his bypass surgery last Friday here in New York City.
"I think there must have been some kind of mixup. I went to the hospital to get a face-lift," said Dave. The Late Show will continue to air reruns until he is able to return to his host chair.
